The app is called “Shop” and it already has 16M installations. You might be thinking, “Wow, that was fast!” But Shopify is actually just converting it’s app “Arrive” that was originally only used for merchants to track their orders.
If your store runs on Shopify, it can be discovered in the app. You may want to check it out and optimize your site accordingly. The best thing about this is the potential for more customers to find your store.
Customers will have all their information, such as tracking, purchase history, and updates from your shop in one place. The checkout process will also be simplified meaning more conversions for your store.
There aren’t any ads yet (but we all know it’s only a matter of time).
