Marketers always want to know what the next big thing is so they can capitalize on it. Or as they (and “we” if we’re being honest) like to say, so we can “leverage” it and then “optimize” it.
I love that journey for us.
But, what is the context in which the “big new thing” is emerging? How can we better understand the shifts in consumer behaviors and the needs of the customer journey and connect that back to smart growth marketing?
